Mgr. et Mgr. Barbora Hošková
Child Psychologist
Barbora completed her teaching degree at the Technical University of Liberec. Since 2005 she has been teaching at the secondary school level. Besides teaching she also works as a school Methodologist of Prevention, helping to develop healthy relationships and social skills in children. In her practice she draws from programs focusing on long term work of school teams at the reception, first grade and second grade level of schooling such as Unplugged, Kočičí zahrada, Zipyho kamarádi, Jablíkovi kamarádi, Druhý krok; FIE-I. She has also worked as a Primary Prevention teacher with groups of pupils, parents and teachers. In 2019, she completed distance learning on Single-Subject Psychology at Palacký University in Olomouc. While on parental leave, she also worked as a Psychologist in the Pedagogical and Psychological Counselling Centre in Kutná Hora. She likes to spend her free time with her family, enjoys travelling and sport.
